Aviod Muscle Mistakes

Gaining strength is easy when you first hit the gym.  Your muscles go through a learning process, so almost anything you do triggers growth, but eventually your muscles adapt and improvements level off, so you learn to train smarter.  Mistake #1, you don't train your legs.  Mistake#2, you run too much.  Mistake #3, you lift slowly.  Mistake #4, you stay in a comfort zone.  Very common mistakes, introduce explosive type training.  When you train, explode with push, pull, running whatever your training goals.  For example; bench press - when you push up you explode up with everything you got, then come down on a count of 3, then again explode I think you get where I'm going with this.  For more information, hit me up on facebook and I'll get back to you.  Good luck and have a great Monday morning.

Good Habit before eating breakfast

Grab your broom stick and locate a watch or clock.
Place broom stick behind head, rest on shoulder and grab the ends with your hands.
We are going to do side twist for as long as possible and time yourself.
Now every time you twist to one side flex the opposite side of your obliques.
Every morning work on improving your time.
You will be amazed at your waist shrinking just by this simple exercise.
Now why it will work, your body is breaking down and ready to eat, thus it's looking for energy to burn.
So if you have not eaten breakfast where does the body look for fuel.
That's right, your tummy and bunns.
